Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, Howey Industries Representatives are happy to speak with you and assist you with your order. Please call 1-888-554-7755 for all phone orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Will you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Contact us for payment options based on the country the order is placed from. Additional Shipping rates do apply to all orders outside of the United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Why do some items say "Contact Us for price"?
Howey Industries strives to provide the lowest prices in the industry. Unfortunately, most manufacturers have very strict MAP guidelines. MAP is the minimum advertised price that is allowed to be publicly posted by a distributor. In order to still offer our low pricing, items that require you to contact us for pricing must be quoted privately to our customers. Howey Industries always replies to quote requests within 24 hours and generally within 1-2 hours during normal business hours.
I don't know which size wheel(s) are correct for my vehicle. Can Howey Industries help me?
Absolutely! We are fitment specialists and that is why our customers choose us over the competition. We provide you with sizing options that will fit your needs. When you speak with our technicians you will be confident that we understand your vehicle and modifications.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed within 48 hours. All in-stock orders ship in 1-3 business days.
Does Howey Industries accept deposits on custom built wheels?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to begin the production process. The remaining balance is due upon completion prior to shipment. We recommend paying your balance 1 week prior to the estimated date of completion to avoid any delays in shipping. Howey Industries will contact you towards the end of your build process to remind you of your remaining balance.
Why are custom wheels "Special Order" or "Build to Order" only?
Our Custom Wheel Manufacturers build their wheels specifically to your vehicle's specifications and modifications to insure a perfect fit and performance standard. Howey Industries is dedicated to providing the perfect product for your application. Many companies offer wheels in-stock and ready to ship. However, most of those wheels are not specifically designed for your vehicle and may require modification to your vehicle to achieve the "perfect fit". Custom wheels are generally the best option if you are searching for a wheel that will fit you vehicle perfectly.
I ordered a set of custom wheels, how long will it take to receive my order?
Our Custom Wheels are made to order and delivery time is generally between 4-6 weeks. The build time may be slightly longer or shorter then the above specified time. Howey Industries will be sure to provide our customers with an estimated date of arrival once we submit the order details to the manufacturer.
I have an auto show in 2 weeks. Can Howey Industries expedite my custom wheel order?
Yes, Howey Industries does offer expedited services for "rush" orders at an extra fee. Please contact us with all expedited requests prior to order placement.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you believe that you did not receive your tracking information, please contact us.
I received a price quote from another dealer, will you match or beat a competitors price?
Yes, we always strive to beat our competitor's advertised price. In order for us to verify the quote, we request that you submit a screen capture of the quote via email so we can confirm the price and the dealer who submitted it.
I live nearby, can I pick-up my order once it is ready?
Yes, you may pick-up your order once it is completed. If you choose this option, Howey Industries will contact you once your order is ready. All pick-ups are by appointment only.
I live in Illinois, do I have to pay state sales tax?
Yes, if you reside in the state of Illinois you will be required to pay 8.25% state sales tax.
I received my custom wheels and I wish to return them for a different size, offset, and/or finish.
Unfortunately, custom wheels are custom made to order based on your personal preferences and vehicle specifications. While we always strive to satisfy every customer, we are unable to return custom built wheels due to the difficulty of reselling an item specifically designed for a particular customer.
